CODE Plus, Inc., an IT government contractor, located in Fairfax, VA with offices in Huntsville, AL and Oak Ridge, TN have been in business for 29 years and have been servicing different agencies within the Federal sector. Currently seeking a Sr. ERP Business Analyst to work under the guidance government subject matter experts, industry, and vendor representatives to as a senior subject matter expert associated with content, processes and procedures associated with Enterprise Resource Planning.

Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed reviews of ERP (i.e. LMP, CAMs, GCSS-Army) and system data to evaluate and provide leadership with updates, analysis, and recommendations
• Evaluate key Life Cycle Management Commands (LCMC) cost and schedule performance metrics to determine the health of the Organic Industrial Base (OIB)
• Support the development of metric information forms (MIF) and data dictionaries that standardize OIB metrics for the AMC enterprise
• Associate business processes with HQ AMC and DoD metrics, conduct root cause analysis, and interpret/translate information to AMC leadership
• Identify client logistics pain-points and propose solutions to address and remediate issues
• Participate in functional requirements definition and business process design sessions with end-users in support of the client's modernization, integration and improvement effort
• Support teammates through training efforts, communicate and realize enhanced analytic capabilities
• Collect, analyze, and interpret large and/or complex data sets.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI
• Advanced Excel skills, including data modeling, data visualization, and data analysis

• Experience with ERP systems, specifically familiarity with LMP and its basic functionality and Transaction codes
• Knowledge of OIB logistics and supply chain management systems
• Proficient in learning new tools and technologies quickly, with a strong foundation in data analysis and metrics

Desired Skills:

• Experience in a depot, ammunition, or arsenal environment

Education: Undergraduate Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related Business field, 10+ years of experience and a master’s degree, or 12+ years of experience and a bachelor’s Degree
