Job Title: Sr. ERP Business Analyst – Additive Manufacturing

CODE Plus, Inc., an IT government contractor, located in Fairfax, VA with offices in Huntsville, AL and Oak Ridge, TN have been in business for 29 years and have been servicing different agencies within the Federal sector. Currently seeking a Sr. ERP Business Analyst to work under the guidance government subject matter experts, industry, and vendor representatives to as a senior subject matter expert associated with content, processes and procedures associated with Enterprise Resource Planning.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for Additive Manufacturing Digital Thread and Logistics Product Data Management (LPDM).
- Review, analyze, and make strategic and tactical recommendations for operations in technical areas, including additive manufacturing, business systems processes, and data management.
- Lead business process sessions with Additive Manufacturing stakeholders to develop and recommend strategic and tactical options that align with client mission objectives.
- Associate business processes with target metrics, conduct root cause analysis, and interpret/translate information to senior leadership.
- Ensure the customer stays abreast of new technologies pertaining to IT implementation.
- Participate in functional requirements definition and business process design sessions with end-users in support of the client's modernization, integration and improvement effort
- Support on-going DT operations and system enhancements.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large and/or complex data sets.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience and a master's degree, or 12+ years of experience and a bachelor's Degree
- Ability to navigate and utilize LMP modules effectively, particularly those related to manufacturing and material master.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical manuals, work orders, and maintenance records within the LMP environment.
- Ability to analyze manufacturing data within LMP to identify areas for improvement through advanced manufacturing solutions. Experience in implementing or supporting such technologies within a manufacturing or maintenance setting is highly valuable.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret LMP data, identify trends, and pinpoint bottlenecks or inefficiencies in manufacturing data upload and upkeep.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration abilities to work effectively with maintenance technicians, engineers, supply chain specialists, and other stakeholders who rely on LMP. This includes facilitating training, providing user support, and gathering feedback for continuous system improvement.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in a depot, ammunition, or arsenal environment
Education: Undergraduate Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related Business field
